Delete your account.

You can permanently delete your pocket agent account and personal data at any time. Withdraw any remaining funds first — deletion can't be undone.

In the app (fastest)

1. Open pocket agent and go to Settings.
2. Under Account, tap Delete account.
3. Confirm. Your account, agents, and personal data are removed right away.

By request

Prefer we handle it? Email support@pocketagent.to from your account email with the subject “Delete my account,” and we'll process it and confirm.

What gets deleted

We remove your personal data — your profile, your agents and their inboxes, your messages and preferences. Some limited records (for example, transaction records) may be retained where we're legally required to keep them, and are deleted when that obligation ends.
