A plain-language summary of the terms for using pocket agent, operated by Pocket Agent Labs, Inc. (“we”), a Delaware corporation. By using the service, you agree to these.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use pocket agent. The service is not available where its features (including crypto) are prohibited, and you're responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you.

Beta service

pocket agent is provided during an active build phase, “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. Features may change, and things may occasionally break — we're improving fast.

Your account & actions

You're responsible for your account and for the actions you authorize your agent to take. You choose what runs automatically and what requires your approval; keep your sign-in secure and review the actions you approve.

Financial & crypto risk

pocket agent can move real money and crypto that you authorize. Your virtual card is issued by a licensed provider (Reap); crypto and wallet features are provided through our infrastructure partners. Crypto assets are volatile and transactions are often irreversible. Nothing here is financial or investment advice — you decide what to buy, hold or send.

Acceptable use

Don't use pocket agent for anything unlawful, fraudulent, or that infringes others' rights, and don't attempt to abuse or circumvent its safety controls.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pocket Agent Labs, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for losses arising from actions you authorized, from crypto price movements, or from third-party providers. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
