This is a plain-language summary of how pocket agent handles your data. The service is operated by Pocket Agent Labs, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the data controller). Contact us any time at support@pocketagent.to.

What we collect

• Your email — to sign you in and reach you about your account.
• What you ask your agent — the messages, tasks, and any photos or voice notes you send it, so it can do the work.
• Location — only if you add it in Settings, to help with “near me” requests.
• Usage & transactions — the activity needed to run your agents, cards and wallet, and to keep them secure.

How we use it

We use your data to operate the service — running your agents, moving funds you authorize, and keeping accounts safe. We never sell your data, and we don't use it to build advertising profiles.

Who processes your data

To run the service we share the minimum necessary with trusted providers who process data on our behalf:

• Privy — sign-in and wallet key management.
• Reap — the licensed issuer for your virtual card.
• OpenRouter / the AI model — the messages, photos and voice-note text you send your agent are processed by a third-party large-language-model provider to generate its responses and actions.
• Groq — transcribes your voice notes to text.
• Resend — powers your agent's email inbox.
• Browserbase — the hosted browser your agent uses to act on the web.
• Telegram — only if you connect it for notifications.

Storage, retention & isolation

Data is stored securely and encrypted in transit. Each agent's inbox and activity is isolated from the others, and keys for your wallets are held by our infrastructure provider — never handed to the agent. We keep your data for as long as your account is active; when you delete your account we remove your personal data except where we're required to keep limited records (e.g. transaction records for legal/accounting obligations).

Your rights & controls

You can review your data, pause or remove agents, and delete your account at any time from the app (Settings → Account → Delete account), or by request at pocketagent.to/delete-account. Depending on where you live, you may have rights under the GDPR or CCPA to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing — email support@pocketagent.to and we'll help.
